Increase / decrease brush size
Are there other ways to increase/decrease brush size?
Because...
Code: Select all
Tools Brush: Increase size Tools Castor: Decrease size = too deadening
Code: Select all
Brush: Double size Brush: Halve size = as well fast
(and 'Halve' should be spelt 'Half')

I don't have a mouse, I work with a Cintiq and a Magic Trackpad.
If I set them to scroll information technology doesn't change brush size, it changes the frame of my anim brush

Yes, you should have a hotkey to [z]. Information technology allows you to ascertain the size of your brush, just similar in the videos I posted yesterday (in the topic about After Effects
)

Resize drawing tool with Z
Do you remember what the fundamental Z does when using a custom castor ? Yes, it resizes your custom brush. Now, with TVPaint Animation 10, you tin exercise the same with whatever drawing tool (except mechanical and text tools, of course).

This notwithstanding doesn't work hither.
I don't get a circle, I get a square showing my anim brush (even if I'm actually using the PenBrush) which I tin resize from the bottom right corner.

Re: Increase / decrease brush size
[Z] + custom brush : rectangle to resize.
[Z] + any tool : circle to resize.
Information technology doesn't matter, no ?

for which version ?
I've the aforementioned behavior equally the others hither, (tvpa v10.0.eighteen 32bit),
[Z] just modify my (last) custombrush, not my (current) Pen brush, airbrush and so.

Re: Increase / decrease brush size
Because of the color mixing issues, I'm however using TVPAnimation10 Pro ten.0.9 where resizing castor (rectangle) and other tools (circle) work as Fabrice indicated. Something's happened in more recent updates.

Re: Increase / decrease brush size
I have to say that like the others, z behaves like this: when I am using whatsoever tool (for case, pen brush) information technology simply shows the custom brush and resizes it, then when I permit it go my tool is back with the same size, so, no - there is no circle indicating resizing and tool is not rezised appropriately. This, for some reason, is not working for me, are yous sure it'south working on your machines, guys? Peradventure is like Sven indicates is due to update?
